Comparison of aerodynamic characteristics for various slot diffusers

The airflow in the room or any space has a significant impact on proper operation of entire ventilation system. An appropriate field air velocity flowing through allows for climate comfort. That is why it so important selection as well arrangement air-supply and air-exhaust elements This research study presents an isothermal stream from two different slot diffusers. supply airstream was analysed at various volumetric flow rates measured accordance with PN-EN 12238: 2002 standard. In order to evaluate optimal measuring points create grid, before starting experimental measurement smoke tests were carried out which determine scope shape stream.
